Alternative Senior Care is passionate about providing professional, trustworthy and reliable personal assistants. We look for warm, honest, caring people, then boost their skills with training. We nurture them to become the caregiver your family member deserves. Bringing them in for training offers us the ability to train or re-educate on specific topics, unveil new technologies and express our appreciation for the work they do.

Homecare is unlike an office job. Due to the nature of our business, many of our employees don’t have an opportunity to regularly interface with their coworkers. Another benefit of bringing them together is comradery. It gives them a chance to share their tender experiences and the heartaches associated with the job.

At ASC, we strive to provide a pleasant/positive work atmosphere. Enhancing the skillset of our personal assistants boosts their confidence, making them more effective at what they do.

If you choose our company to care for your aging loved one, rest assured we’re sending a highly trained personal assistant to provide compassionate care. New hires are required to complete 15 hours of education coupled with a day of orientation and testing. We also exceed ongoing education requirements by providing champion level training on the topics of dementia, hospice and mental illness.
