Lunch:

Spinach salad tossed with an olive oil dressing and ¼ cup sliced strawberries
Handful of almonds
Herbal tea or seltzer

Dinner:

Vegetable and cashew stir-fry served on brown rice
Glass of wine

Snacks:

Raw vegetables
