Becoming an Alternative Senior Care Caregiver can be one of the most rewarding experiences of your life. It is a career full of fun, self-improvement, flexibility, leadership and independence. We are looking for a few quality caregivers to provide the same loving care, compassion and patience that they would offer to their most cherished family member or loved one.
Each Caregiver is screened, trained, insured and bonded for safety and security. Only individuals exhibiting the highest level of attentiveness, compassion, moral character, professionalism and fun attitude become members of the Alternative Senior Care team. We strive to build an elite team of caregivers unlike any other in the business and encourage you to be part of it!
Once hired, all new team members will be required to study and obtain and therefore benefit from the Certified Companion Aid (CCA) certification. This national certification covers nineteen (19) areas of study such as communication, personal care, mental health and illness, disability issues and nutritional needs of clients. Staff will also benefit from our one-of-a-kind training program developed in cooperation with nationally recognized home care training experts. Alternative Senior Care values continuing education for caregivers to keep them up-to-date on current issues surrounding our aging friends and families.
