Alternative Senior Care is delighted to sponsor our 9th annual Christmas For A Senior campaign. We purchase meaningful gifts for seniors in central Minnesota who find themselves isolated and alone during the holidays. Over the past eight years, we’ve warmed the hearts of 450 grateful individuals. We hope to impact the lives of 100+ lonely seniors this Christmas season.
Here are words from a thank you card received last year. “Greetings, I deeply appreciated the wonderful surprise of Christmas blessings! I’m going through a tough time right now and I needed to feel loved and needed! It means so much that God has servants and angels to bless his people. Thank you for being a blessing in my life. May all your households be blessed. Love in Jesus, [recipient]”
If you’re aware of a central Minnesota senior who would benefit from this program, please call for a nomination form. We also need volunteers to help with shopping, wrapping or delivery!
A fund has been set up at Minnesota National Bank in Sauk Centre, MN to receive your tax-deductible donation. Thank You!
Lainie recalled her favorite subject in school was Home Economics,
